Where is the facility located?

The current plan is to construct this facility  former J.J. Koepsell Co. site, located at 1010 S. Ninth St., Sheboygan.

When will this facility be built?

This facility is a private investment and will be built when the criteria for the investors are met. The goal is to secure tenants to start construction in the fall of 2020. 

Who will build the facility?

True Vine Development is developing the facility with private funds.

Who will pay for it?

The building is being designed as a commercial building and the anticipated investment will be private. 

 

Who has committed?

To date several firms have expressed interest. Please contact the developer to learn more about who potential co-tenants are. 

 

 

Can I put an office somewhere other than this facility?

Yes, multiple spaces are in the process of being developed in the Innovation District. Contact the SCEDC to learn more.
