Sheboygan Mini Maker Faire
June 15 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
If you make things or experiences, you are a maker. If you also live in or visit Sheboygan, you are a Sheboygan Maker.
All Sheboygan Makers are invited to participate in the second annual Mini-Maker Faire hosted by Mead Library on Saturday, June 15th from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Participation is free.
Bring your driftwood sculptures, your homemade boats, your soaps, socks, and seasonal decor!
The Sheboygan Mini-Maker Faire is a celebration of all things made in Sheboygan and the people behind those ‘makings.’ This event is an opportunity to take projects from your basement and garage tinkering, and share them with like-minded makers and neighbors. It is also an opportunity for businesses of any size to showcase their products, for free.
How to Get Involved:
Step One: Recognize that you are a maker. Those projects, sales, and inspirations in your daily life are all exciting things that should be shared with others at the Mini-Maker Faire. Learn more about the Faire here.
Step Two: Figure out a fun way to share what you make. Consider bringing your materials, tools, works-in-progress to share. Other makers will be interested in learning about your process, techniques, and the story that made you a maker. If there is a way, share your process in a hands-on way or through demonstration.
Step Three: Sign Up. The application is free and brief.
Step Four: Enjoy the Sheboygan Mini-Maker Faire with your friends, family, and neighbors. Meet other Sheboygan Makers.
